  1. Walking By Myself - Gary Moore (Edit to say sorry, I think I have added this to the wrong forum - thought it was the Song Title one!)

It was an old MRJ Marc, I had previously sent the number to Chaz when he first mentioned litter.
  3. As requested by Allan and Iain, here's a couple of new pics from my layout Factory Lane Sidings:
  4. A new building I have recently competed. Nothing too exciting, an old cobblers shop based on a real building which used to stand in Chilwell village, Nottingham.
  5. Hi Andy, Picked up a copy today after reading your post, looks good to me. Alan.
  6. Allan, Thanks for the feedback, I'll look to get a couple of pics uploaded when I can. Alan.
  7. So we've now had cats, guitars, windmills, boobs, what's next in the most entertaining forum on here!
  8. Ah, I think you're right - Bert Weedon is alive and well and living in Bakewell !
  9. Surely it's "Star Spangled (or is that Strangled!) Banner" that Hendrix had us all trying to play.
  10. My brother plays professionally and amongst a few guitars has a genuine 70's Strat and either a Chinese/Korean or Mexican Strat and he reckons it is better than the US version. I have both Mexican and US Fender Jazz bases and my US one is better but not by much.
  11. Yes please, I'd be interested so see how you achieved those fantastic results. Alan.
  12. Looks great Marc. I think you've captured the atmosphere well also.
  13. Ha, we all had hair like that in the seventies - I never could grow a decent beard though! Alan.
  14. Thanks Allan, I didn't realise they were still available. Will have to get my hands on some as they could be ideal for 0 Gauge buildings.
  15. Hi Douglas, Yes I agree with Lee, very neat work. Thanks for sharing with us. Alan.
  16. I remember the Faller stuff from years back also, used quite a bit attempting an 009 coffee table "llareggub" type layout!
  17. Allan, I wonder if this may be a good way to produce a "two sided" stone for a wall or something similar. If the mould depth is sufficient it would be a case of gluing the two halves together "back to back" assuming it could be arranged so the stones and mortar courses line up!
  18. I'm not sure Allan would be let loose with a static grass charger - I'm sure he mentioned cats getting flocked in the dim and distant past!
  19. What about the hair, was it your old thatching method of wool and flock?

Hi Chaz, New pics look good, hopefully I will make it to Warley. Maybe sooty deposits good be a little wider? Alan.
  21. I got home from work last night to find my other half had started ripping the wallpaper off the walls in my youngest sons room. He's travelling at the moment and due back mid October. Looks like my modelling activities will be curtailed for a while soon also . . .
