      Do you have any means of testing it without connecting the controller?

      Everything seems ok. Tested with a multimeter and no obvious shorts. So it ought to work. But not brave enough to try tonight!!!

    I have inadvertently learnt that a surprisingly large amount of n gauge stock will cope with 7inch radius curves. Time to relay the fiddle yard!!

    Modelling real locations isn't easy. We have a Brio station, level crossing, tunnel and engine shed. Trying to fit them all on the table to recreate Grosmont is proving tricky!

    Just repainted my first loco. Admittedly unlined black isn't the hardest but I'm still quite pleased with myself
