Hello We had a bit of a a mammoth wrapping session yesterday and lots of orders were fulfilled and collected by The courier yesterday afternoon. Watch out for them this morning as they start to be delivered! We had a model in the display case at the Shed Bash all last week and it attracted lots of admiring glances! This is another superb model just wait till you see it in the flesh!, Cheers Sandra

That sounds like an excellent idea to me!!

However, it has been a long long time from announcement to delivery with more than a few headaches on my part, but to read the reviews in the magazines and on here too has been fantastic. It is a brilliant model and I have had more comments from people saying how superb they think it is, and it is! It's been a bit like christmas every day for the past couple of months and it doesn't matter how young or not so young you are, you are all big kids at heart and are so excitable about the APT-e! I've loved (nearly) every minute of this project, now, how can we top this one?? Cheers Sandra

Hello everyone, I'm a busy bee but all apt-es that are paid for in full will be shipped this week. I hope everyone who has paid for sound already has their model. (Well you should have) all dcc ready versions are on their way to you over the next few days. It's cheaper to send by courier than by post, and easier too. Hi all, we are working hard to get these sets out as quickly as possible. For those who already have them, you know how big and heavy the boxes are so when you've shifted a few of those around in a day it wears us out!! Shane, i think yours is going out this week as I've been making out courier labels all day and I have certainly made at least one label for a Shane ( I hope you are the same one!) I think we are half way or just over sending them out so still a way to go yet... Cheers Sandra

Hi everyone, We are very busy in here as you all know! I have sent out a newsletter today to explain the shipping process I will be following in the coming days. I have said it before but please be patient. Everyone who has paid in full is working their way through our system and the models will be with you as quickly as possible. Any customer who orders late will have their orders processed after everyone else is happy. If you haven't subscribed to our newsletter, here is what it said APT-E Dispatch information Due to the increase in telephone calls, emails and people popping in to the museum it is increasingly difficult to get models sent out as quickly as we would like. We did say that shipping for the APT-E models would take a few weeks, and it will. Please be patient and your models will be with you as quickly as possible. A good number of both Sound and Non Sound sets have already been dispatched and the process for sending out the remaining models will be as follows- All paid for Sound models will be followed by Sound models with Trailing Cars. Then, all paid for DCC Ready Non-Sound models will be shipped followed by DCC Ready Non-Sound with Trailing Cars. Unfortunately you will not be able to collect models from the museum unless a time and date has been pre-arranged. The APT-E sets are stored in a separate location. The models office and the dispatch room will be closed at weekends.

Ok - just got home now from setting up the stand at York show for this weekend so I won't be at the museum until Tuesday . We managed to get some of the sound versions out this week and the priority, starting Tuesday is to start sending out the dcc ready versions. Please be patient...I haven't had a day off in nearly 3 weeks and both Stuart and I have been at work from 7.00 am trying our best to keep up with balance payments and upgrades as well as preparing for shows and sending out models as best we can. You will get your models as quickly as possible. Cheers Sandra
