marc smith
And use the right scale brick paper! Yes, in addition to the high viewpoint, the size of those blocks really look out of scale with the loco.... It looks like a garden railway, where someone has built a wall with whatever blocks they had to hand.... .... or an n gauge layout, with O gauge bricks!
pH
Another layout where the scenery needs some more work! http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=228003&nseq=38

pH
The rocks look completely out of scale, and the colours of the cars in the autorack remind me of those little plastic toys that you get in cheap crackers: http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=316693&nseq=74

RMweb Gold Phil Bullock Posted April 25, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted April 25, 2013 (edited) And how about a continental version of a Class 14 - seen on recent trip to Germany. Hang on - those lights are far too bright, and when will the ballasting be completed and weathered?! And that signal box - who makes that I wonder? RMweb Premium keefer Posted May 1, 2013 RMweb Premium Share Posted May 1, 2013 (edited) obviously not a fan of weathering - i can handle the clean stock, but those rails, completely unrealistic! :-) http://www.flickr.com/photos/d9006/8105163075/in/photostream/ Edited May 1, 2013 by keefer

RMweb Gold Phil Bullock Posted May 5, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted May 5, 2013 (edited) Rather think someone's overdone the gloss varnish here! Brian's Extreme Etchings plates excellent as always. Excellent sound chip though - and that's a very realistic model of Roger Stirling as driver. Phil Edited May 5, 2013 by Phil Bullock
pH
Perhaps the scenery colours could have been toned down a bit - and 2 units on only 4 cars!! http://www.railpictures.net/photo/434953/
