    Mum has got terminal liver cancer. She has not long left. I feel dreadful right now.

      Very sorry to hear your sad news. My mum died in 1995 through liver cancer but she had three good years from when she was diagnosed. Make the most of the time you have left with her, celebrate her life when she passes and always remember the good times, living your life to the full as she would want.

    Purchased the Hornby VEP in NSE livery. Lovely model despite the obvious flaws, sadly I can't run it on Leahurst Road because the coupling system won't allow for 3-car running....

      One of their wonderful reporters informed us all that following the landslip last year, a tornado was on the line a month but following the work by Network Rail the Flying Scotsman train was able to travel the length of the line today.
