Scooby71
Drabford at the moment is not set up. Its been stacked up a few months now. But some work has been done to the shops and new low relief flats have been constructed. The street area has also made a little progress with pavements and a retaining wall. 6

Scooby71
The shops and flats still have lots of work to be done. I intend to fit interior lighting and detail the shop interiors . So it will be a while until they are fixed in position to the layout . I am planning on setting the layout up next week. So more updates soon. Cheers Shaun.

Not seen them before. My washers cost me 10p to print the Scalescenes sheet of at my local library. Did them last year but only just got around to fitting them . Cheers Shaun.
RMweb Gold Stubby47 Posted June 17, 2020 RMweb Gold Share Posted June 17, 2020 Yeah, they're not cheap (especially compared to Scalescenes !) But they have some good little items there for the more modern layouts.

Scooby71
Disguising the hidden fiddleyard with the flats and other shops has been a bit of a task because of the limited space. Edited June 24, 2020 by Scooby71

RMweb Premium 03060 Posted June 26, 2020 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 26, 2020 Obviously you've worked on this because it's a Friday. Back in the 80's, whilst working on the presses at the Yorkshire Evening Post, I remember the job being stopped because the SOGAT '82 FOC (Father of the Chapel) couldn't get a fish for his dinner on a Friday in the canteen....teddy out of pram....but he got his fish ! Your counter is making my mouth water just looking at it....great modelling. Regards, Ian. 1
