This mornings Sheffield circuit is using a pair of DRS 66's, which I think is a first !

Was just too dark to read the numbers when I saw it, anyone know which they are ?

Cheers,

Phil.

If there are 66's on the run that must mean that there are no longer any restrictions on Hemmingfield tunnel as that was why the 37s were being used and that circuit includes it.

Which is strange as the current Sectional Appendix still shows 37's and 66's banned.

Only 20's and 73's allowed.

The SAs can take quite a while to get updated. The changes will be published in the relevant PON, which are published quarterly.

today's working are 20's, i just heard them go by but fro some reason leaving Westgate about 20 miniutes late then Calder Bridge about an hour late, on the Wrenthorpe to Grimsby, maybe they still have problems

There're also some last minute changes to the schedule taking place.

From Grimsby Town the pair were booked to run as 3Z14 to include the usual reversal at Huddersfield, but that's now been amended.  Revised schedule for 3Z14 here.

Obviously still on hire to DRS, 20118 and 20132 put in a further appearance around Yorkshire on 27th November 2020.

Here are the duo working 3S14 passing through Deighton on their way to Huddersfield...

I might be seeing something that isn't actually there, but has 37218 had a bit of a "thwak" below the grill on the nose? Or is it just a "trick of the light" with the photo?

Think its a combination of dirt and the light,  it looked ok when I saw it earlier
