Classsix T
Here's a few more photo's(can't stop looking through my collection now) from my days out. 56082 MAN V.jpg 082 bound for fiddlers ferry passing through Man Vic 56056 WY.jpg 056 doing a bit of shunting at Westbury Enjoy(Must resist looking in those boxes in the loft) Ray Hi Ray, great phots. But I'm afraid I'm something of an anorak when it comes to Grids. So for the benefit of your logs, the first one is a Romanian so probably is 028. The second one, an early Donny build, is likely 036 or 046. Keep 'em comin..! C6T.

Rugd1022
Looking through this thread just now makes me realise how few photos of 56s I've got - I wish I'd taken a lot more when I had the chance... Retford (inevitable really isn't it..!)... Round the back at 'Crewe Diesel'... Old Oak... 56 006 turned up at Rugby one morning off the overnight Bescot tripper, we couldn't resist using it as the yard pilot for the day. Later on that same night it was sent down to Wembley on the night tripper to get it to Old Oak for a railtour out of Paddington the next day... marc smith
Apologies if you've already seen this photo from my galleryAnother taken a while ago at Margam depotAlthough another sad shot - I did like the reflections of the loco in the water lying between the rails.....It tempted me to do a split, with part of the shot in colour, and part in B&WMarc

hmrspaul
I have added photos of 56301 sitting in the sun at York yesterday at http://paulbartlett.zenfolio.com/class56 Although the Fastline lettering has gone, the remainder of that fine livery remains in remarkably good condition. My understanding is that this loco is now owned by the "Class56Group" and hired to DRS DCR. I'll scan my other 56 photos soonish.
