Maybe they're having website problems. Their Facebook page appears to be alive and well:

Thanks, but don't do facebook(and don't want to)...........pity, as there is a group of us considering it as a venue to visit in November, but without some more details, we are not able to make a decision on it.

 

But there isn't a problem with the RMweb website, so someone from the club could post details on here perhaps, like most other clubs have a thread running about forthcoming exhibitions. Just a suggestion.

The Spalding Club's website is working fine for me. I even followed the link you posted 250BOB.

 

There's a full list of Layouts and Traders on the Website.

 

I always visit on the Sunday. The Spalding show is famous for overcrowding on the Saturday.

After seeing your posting yesterday I contacted Edward Dickenson the exhibition manger who has checked the website and confirm it all working

I have no connection with the exhibition other than like you have both attended as a visitor and exhibited there in the past, hence had the email address of the exhibition manager.

Spalding Model Railway Club Exhibition 2015

 

Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th of November.

 

Saturday 10am - 5:00pm Sunday 10:00am - 4:30pm

 

9:30am - 10:00am each day is reserved for disabled and wheelchair visitors only.

 

In just under a month it is the annual Spalding Model Railway Club exhibition held at the Springfields Events Centre, Camel Gate, Spalding, PE12 6ET.

 

This year we have a line up of 37 layouts, 36 indoors and a live steam exhibit outside. Along with this there is 24 traders, 1 society and at least 5 demonstrations.

 

Admission is held for the third year in a row, it is £7 for adults, £6 for OAP's and new for this year accompanied children are free. Admission includes a free colour programme.

On the Saturday of the show Spalding is accessible by rail from Peterborough and a bus can then be caught from the bus station to Springfields.
