However, the public car park opposite Chippenham Station is free of charge on Sundays. I will be investigating the adjacent Corsham School which has some hard standing available, possibly at a lower cost to us than the £380 which the council want for using their muddy field. Advance tickets are £6 compared to £8 at the door. There is a booking fee of 95p per order (to the agents, not us) but it still works out cheaper than paying at the door. If you book online you can then print off your own tickets, or display them on a smartphone. (I don't know how many people do so, but we are about to find out.) Family circumstances mean that I'm in the area at the weekend, so, after a gap of nearly 20 years, I'm hoping to visit! Hoping to get the freebie bus from Chippenham station.....
