Nearholmer
Well, twenty four hours on, and the lads are well into this, the opening session of this year’s world all-comers staring at couplings endurance challenge ........ just remember though, that this team only reached eleven days last year, before one of them succumbed to boredom and old-age. We know they’ve been training hard, but the weather is turning against them, and the Germans are limbering-up in anticipation of an early slip by the chap in the woolly hat ..... he does seem to have lost focus and started to stare blankly into space, instead of at the coupling as the rules require ...... mind you, the umpire is fast asleep, so he may get away with it ...... Nigel: what’s your feeling about their technique; are they looking likely to make it into a third day? (Inane drone of commentator continues, but is too tedious to type)

F-UnitMad
That's the best static applicator grass I have ever seen. You sure? It seems far too regular & even, & too bright for real grass. Looks more like one of those German grass mats to me!!

Nearholmer
Yes Nigel, the after-affects s can be quite disturbing, can’t they? They may have won the trophy, but twenty seven days looking at a coupling have clearly left their mark ........ a thousand yard stare that can’t even be cured by a day playing trains ..... it’s the families of these lads that I really feel for ......... burble, drone, drone.......
