paul 27
What size chains do I need for securing wagon loads like BD containers and loads on War Wells ect basically any thing from the BR steam era, just an average size in 00 gauge, looked at the specialist makers but these seem expensive cheaper ones on ebay but not sure on sizes. RMweb Gold Dunsignalling Posted December 9, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted December 9, 2018 (edited) Try Cambrian Models, I had a pack from them some while ago that I considered reasonably priced and fine enough for my requirements. John EDIT: Currently £9.50 a go, but you do get a metre per packet. Very fine, 33 links per inch and pre-blackened.
