How about some good news to brighten your day!? 😁

Arriving into stock within the next couple of weeks are the next three Class 37s from our first run, 37051, 37026 "Shapfell" and 37027 "Loch Eil".

While they are currently all sold out we may still have a few to go on sale when they arrive, so make sure you click that 'Email me if becomes available' button on our website.

If the wheels were painted rather than chemically blackened I think this would be as perfect a commercial model as it is possible to produce.

Yes, these are the factory finished models.

Cheers!

Thanks again Fran , it looks a little odd as I believe it's not present on the real loco's but it's something I should be able to rectify , just out of curiosity is the headlight also a separately fitted part? I have plans to do something with the 027 I have ordered which would involve removing it

I’m wondering if I can swap the windscreens with 425 and create a modern split box!

From what's been said the windscreen panel is a separately fitted part is it not?

Depends how easy it is to remove I guess.

I’ve had a good look at my 419, but not yet summoned up the courage to pop the screens out. A gentle press didn’t yield any movement.

I’m guessing the recess is from the old larger headlight, and difficult to retool the door at a late stage in the process.

I love it - brand new model and folk already working out how to remove bits, swap bits and modify bits….

Model on dudes ! It’s alive and kicking

Always. The Accurascale guys spoilt my plans to recreate tango 405 with one of the first releases by announcing it in batch 2, so I need to get creative 🤣

37 027 is looking beautiful. Just going to try and hopefully get one in the extras that get released (yes I signed up a while ago!) Hopefully it won't be quite as crazy as it was to get my hands on 9016 this way!

@Andy7 that’s a great help, thank you very much 👍🏻 Can I ask, how did you fit the pipes with the white end bits?
