Chubber
I would like to see a corrugated asbestos roofing (I know it's not environmentally friendly but it was once a widely used roofing material on the railways) texture sheet (possibly clean and weathered) added to the Scratchbuilder's Yard. Timothy You might like to consider this method of imitating the 6" 'Wave' asbestos commonly used in industrial buildings for both roofing and walling, notably the Loan Act sheds built in the 30's. http://yourmodelrailway.net/view_topic.php?id=1401&forum_id=11&page=2 Doug Edited December 31, 2011 by Chubber
Jan
Hi, Santa I'd like a Thames lighter in 4mm, and some way of making 'bespoke' window frames on A4 acetate sheet please. Happy 2012.
Black Sheep
Would very much like to see station signage for the Big Four (1923-1947) in the same way that you already have the post 1947 regional signs. My personal wish is for LMS, but I'm sure that the other three would also be in demand. I guess these would actually just be additional textures for R001a. Me too. I'd also like a car dealership 30's or 50's style, possibly art deco or similar to the metcalfe one, but not modernised as the metcalfe one is. 18B
hi, some great suggestions all ready, has anyone mentioned an LMR Type 15 signal box? Also to add to the above would be: An eastern region depot building like Shirebrook Depot http://www.abrail.co.uk/Images/Shirebrook%20August%2019th%20%202002%20Philip%20Stuart.jpg a style similar to many others across the region, here's Hitvhin http://www.abrail.co.uk/Images/Hitchin%20September%2014th,%201991%20Philip%20Stuart.jpg The simple two road fuel point shed at Burton upon trent http://www.abrail.co.uk/Images/Burton%20June%2015th%20%201990%20Philip%20Stuart.jpg Buxton Depot would be a highly popular building, http://www.abrail.co.uk/Images/Buxton%20June%2019th%20%201990%20Philip%20Stuart.jpg with it;s loco depot right next to the station and it servicing DMU's and loco's A final suggestion would be the steel frame and brick colliery buildings for screens and the like. Mr Iceman
Prefab accomadation such as http://www.rmweb.co....prefabs-in-4mm/ this kit could also include industrial version such as those offered by Sibcas http://www.sibcas.co.uk/ The housing ones became common place all over the country after the war and survive today. Todays modern prefabs can be seen vertualy within all aspects of industry from building sites to schools to security huts even modern state of the art versions for accomadation are available...... The Evil Bus Driver
I was thinking a steel overbridge (rail over road) might go well with the abutments kit R015 An example of what I was thinking is here: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&ll=50.83424,-0.279308&spn=0.000575,0.001635&t=h&z=20&layer=c&cbll=50.83424,-0.279308&panoid=jC7BRsds6GikFBz5hk6fJQ&cbp=12,331.75,,0,-2.
theoldmansminion
A proper gasometer would be stunning, and big! and maybe a generic sand house, and coaling stage but a corrugated coach shed would be my next purchase for sure...pretty please
Removed a/c
My wishlist is not for this building or that building as I know in time they will get made. What I would like to see are slightly larger photos of the completed buildings on the website, and perhaps some alternate photos of the buildings show what they look like in different brick options. Perhaps also saying how many pages each download contains would also be helpful.

JHWestern
I must say "hoorah!" to the chap who suggested a 1900-1930 ship. I love the ship kit in the range, but it's just too moden. I suggest: 1.traditional tramp steamer of the "3 island" vaiety - these were very common and representative of the whole 1890-1950s peiod, so must satisfy most people; 2.Paddle steamer, of the sort used for Channel and excursion traffic - again the 1890-1950s period is appopriate. 20mm scale wargames ought to welcome these vessels too. I would also add my vote fo a Victorian Gas Works Thanks
RJD
Georgian terrace backs, several stories high to form a great background. The backs often face the railway lines. . Elegant shops and offices for city streets e.g. Manchester and Birmingham have fine buildings built in Victorian days with lots of character. Corporation Street and New Street in Birmingham have lots of good examples. These are many floors high and have the advantage of filling the scenic view.
