Hi. Here's the information that's been provided to us by the club: First Bus operates a T1 service a short walk (15-20 minutes) from Parkway station. This service runs every 30 minutes on a Saturday, and hourly on a Sunday. The journey time is under 30 minutes. A map at the bottom of the page shows where the bus stop is located called Great Stoke. The stop to get off at is Thornbury Leisure Centre. Click on the below link to find out more about the bus service on offer. Penlan
Buying advance ticket(s) seemed a bit convoluted via 'eventbrite', or at least it was for one of the Oldies.

In contrast, my application for a complimentary 'Gold Member' ticket couldn't have been simpler. Emailed, reply received a day or so later and free electronic ticked dropped into the inbox shortly after. Top stuff. Rob.

Googling "bus stop" Great Stoke provides this image. A tap on the red bus confirms it's the T1. A quick google search using "bus services Thornby" provides the following screen shots; Enlarge around Thornby leisure centre. click on red bus thing in image above. Tap orange/yellow T1 thing in image above. Bus on the yellow line moves to allow you to check on progress. Rob.
