Steve, will there be the connecting bus service from/to Bristol Parkway that has sometimes run in previous years, please?

Hi. Here's the information that's been provided to us by the club:

First Bus operates a T1 service a short walk (15-20 minutes) from Parkway station. This service runs every 30 minutes on a Saturday, and hourly on a Sunday. The journey time is under 30 minutes. A map at the bottom of the page shows where the bus stop is located called Great Stoke. The stop to get off at is Thornbury Leisure Centre.

Click on the below link to find out more about the bus service on offer.

Buying advance ticket(s) seemed a bit convoluted via 'eventbrite', or at least it was for one of the Oldies.

In contrast, my application for a complimentary 'Gold Member' ticket couldn't have been simpler. Emailed,  reply received a day or so later and free electronic ticked dropped into the inbox shortly after.

Top stuff.

Filled in and returned our "Risk" document for the show. Chapel has been repaired and some minor modifications undertaken and tested. Stock is just about there.. all we need now are some joining instructions and we are ready to go!

Googling "bus stop" Great Stoke provides this image. A tap on the red bus confirms it's the T1.

A quick google search using "bus services Thornby" provides the following screen shots;

Bus on the yellow line moves to allow you to check on progress.
