lightengine
Hi James i was just wondering if your going to remove the bufferbeam of the body and add it to the chassis. here is pictures of one i have done. carl Hi I was wondering why you would want to have the buffer beams on the bogies? Surely the correct placing is on the loco body? Or am I missing a valuable point?
James
Hi I was wondering why you would want to have the buffer beams on the bogies? Surely the correct placing is on the loco body? Or am I missing a valuable point? What he means is adding it to the chassis frame (to which the bogies are fixed/pivoted) rather than the body. Which for the cut away variant makes a great deal of sense and simplifies things!

Intercity 125
I don't see an 'I want one!' rating underneath that post. Makes my Hornby one seem rubbish! Oh we'll, there's always eBay if I'm not satisfied with one Hornby Duff...
