I didnt even nitice the steps until Ian mentioned them.. they do look good. I might have to buy a set that are ready made. Anyone want to buy a flatpack version?? Lol

It is possible to have them made Scott - there is a waiting list and they don't come cheap a must have for any TMD.

I was with arnie when he got it from ten commandments. £40 which is better than me spending a lifetime looking at mine in a packet.

£40 was a bit steap but worth it in the end. They do look good and i would of also spent a lifetime looking at it in a packet :)

Evening all,

As my interest has finally returned and feeling a bit of inspiration after the Stafford show i decided to rip up one side of the layout and start again. I was never happy with it and redeveloping it should keep me busy until i can finally build a layout up in the loft!

Here's a few progress pics and also a vid of the West coast 33 that i've fitted a tank speaker and Biffo chip to.

Cheers,

Arnie

Evening,

After some thought i've decided to change back to the Era i intially chose when i started the layout and that's a mid 80's to mid 90's setting.

This has always been my favourite period and so i've been busy removing all the decoders from my more modern fleet and bringing loco's out of storage and chipping them up.

Not much more progression has been made on the redevelopment of the other side of the layout. Hopefully i can get back to it soon, having some bad luck lately with the boiler and TV both packing up on the same day!

Here's some pics.

Cheers
