Next you’ll be telling us the ad placement algorithm must have got it wrong.

Maybe, if you have to ask the price...   you can't afford it.   🙈

Come on guys, could you think of anything worse?

Nope.

Having your nuts frozen to a rail, and not knowing when the next train is due, IS pretty bad in the grand scheme of things!

Oh ok, if you must.

Feeling the vibrations of an approaching train from behind, not knowing what will come first....

Happy now?  🤪

Is that another unfunny comedy duo?

Bit cold outside. What were the two worst winters ever?

Mike and Bernie!

There's a BBC weather presenter who looks rather like Bernie Winters in his heyday....

But how could someone get their dangly bits frozen to a rail anyway?

Unless they totally misunderstood about hump shunting.

Which allows the possibility of coming and going simultaneously...

See what you've started? 😱

Easy, they dangle them onto a frozen rail, and if they're dangling low enough, the feat can be achieved entirely accidentally.  But, surely, they'd have to rest on the frozen rail for some time, like at least several seconds, to become 'attached' in this way, which induces a suspicion of deliberate action by the racoon, possibly he was trying to cool them down, in which case, kudos, li'l dude!

Alternatively he could have been trying to initiate a sexual relationship with the rail; I'm not judging, whatever floats your wierd godless perverted hellbound sinner deviant boat, li'l dude!

For some reason this put me in mind of Dewi Sant, Saint David, patron of Wales, who used to stand naked up to his neck for hours in freezing fast-running stream water to 'calm the demons of the flesh', no doubt egged on by the local girls.  This leads me to two consequetive reactions, firstly, what an idiot, and secondly, up to his neck?  For hours?  What a guy!!!

You get some odd stuff comes up sometimes relating to early christian saints.  One of my favourites is Augustine of Hippo, who came out with two remarkable statements considering the moral standards he expected of his flock, firstly 'God grant me chastity, but not yet', and then the comment that losing sexual desire in his dotage was 'like being unchained from a maniac'.  Again, what a guy!!!

I've always thought that the careers master at the school attended by St. Augustine of Hippo hadn't really comprehended the natural aptitudes of his student! 😆
