mikemeg Posted October 27, 2009 Share Posted October 27, 2009 Cracking photo Mike. The sun on that side casting the shadows is very effect. Rather impressed with the semaphore as well ! That sun is the real thing, no-one could produce light like that artificially. This was just one of those 'happy accidents' in how the photo turned out. Here's another one in the sun, perhaps on that same June day in 1950. A Peppercorn A1, then almost brand new, coasts under shipyard bridge and into the early morning sun of a glorious day, as it brings its train into Hull.
