Class 66 photos

66722 at Redhill with a loaded ballast train from Hoo Junction Up Yard to Three Bridges on the 30th March 2019.

66997 (its UK 'paper' registration on TOPS), in reality Crossrail Benelux PB15, which was being taken by Rail Operations Group 47813 Jack Frost as 0Z43 on 1st April 2019 to Electro-motive Diesel's facility at Longport, Staffordshire.  The image was taken at Deighton, on the outskirts of Huddersfield.

A very cold day out at Hellifield today,not much ran today and some cancelled but still enjoyed it,also popped to Skipton for a short while.

Ahh were you,that’s a great great job to have,was going to go up the road to follow it but my car wouldn’t start :wacko: managed to get it going after about half an hour or so but missed the loco running round,I’m guessing it does run round?

I did noticed someone on the pic spot ( we have a name for the stone wall )

4M00 reverses to the siding but if it’s 6M90 that runs round in the siding. 

 

it is a good job but I am a relief not a resident signaller. I do hellifield, Horrocksford ,Daisyfield ,towneley and Bamber bridge. 

Lots of modelling to be done.

Thanks for the info,i had a look on google earth and it looked a good spot,I went to Hellifield today it was blinking freezing.

I will try and pop up again when my cars fixed and I have a day off :rolleyes: I was wondering if it was cold in there or if they had heating in the boxes.

Gas' Wood is back around the corner this is South Milford but not to be confused with the station of the same name further North on the Leeds to Hull line!
