Judge Dread
Blankenberg in sunny Belgium, Easter 2011. "Hospital Gates" was appearing at an exhibition run by the town council at the casino. The last such show there as it happened but that was nothing to do with us. A great shame as this show was only 4.5 driving miles from home base in Hull. Closer in fact than the local club show but that's a different story. Their local museum ran this special in conjunction with the show. Powered by a NOHAB diesel loco named "Cockerill" with two vintage bogie coaches and a driving trailer in tow. I can really recommend Blankenberg to anyone interested in the "Art Nouveau" style, us peasants just went for the beer and waffles!
