This series of films follows the traffic movements around the main station at Trenholme Junction. A 9F arrives on Passenger duty and one of the Station Station Pilots moves towards the south carriage sidings along the station avoiding road.

A Warship arrives with some ex GWR stock, and then a ride in a goods guards van passing through the station, again, along the avoiding road. We then jump on board a DMU into the station from the north end.

A Prairie tank arrives with some parcels stock in the North Bay and finally, we leave the station on-board the DMU.

More everyday events in the 1960's.

Model Railway based on North East England large scale junction in the 1960's.

This series of films follows the traffic movements around the main station at Trenholme Junction. Included in some of the traffic today, an additional parcels van is added to the train in the North Bay, a Class 24 with cars and containers stops briefly to pick up a train crew and a locomotive exchange takes place, the Standard Class being relieved by Windsor Lad.

All in a days work in the 60's.

Model Railway based on North East England large scale junction in the 1960's.

This series of films follows the traffic movements around the main station at Trenholme Junction.

In this weeks film the emphasis is on riding on board the traffic rather than watching from the various vantage points.

A semi fast arrives on to one of the main platforms from the south, and a Standard Class 4MT with a short local freight trundles past the station and Engine Shed on the goods line.

We then jump on board and DMU approaching the station and terminating its service in the north bay platform.

Hopping onto another DMU approaching from the south and picking its way over the junction into the opposite end bay platform.

After D1 Scaffell Pike arrives with a Mail Train, we then climb aboard the Guards Van on a Class 20 hauled mixed goods train and travel through the Main Station, on the avoidance line to the South Tunnel.

This film is a parody of the famous film 'London to Brighton in Four Minutes'. The film was made in the sixties as a 'filler' between television programes.

This is a compressed version of the film issued last Christmas and is filmed from a similar viewpoint to the original, except this one is a trip around Trenholme Junction in a stopping Diesel Multiple Unit.

Model Railway based on North East England large scale junction in the 1960's.

This series of films follows the traffic movements around the main station at Trenholme Junction.

Continuing the Main station series, we see a variety of traffic including a Peak hauled express Fish Train thundering through the station contrasting with a slow steam hauled empty mineral train ambling by in to opposite direction.

Station Pilot, 08 Shunter removes the last two vans from the parcels train and attaches them to a semi fast arrival, before withdrawing to the south carriage sidings.

Finally, a cattle train passes through.
