RMweb Premium Temeraire Posted October 17, 2022 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 17, 2022 (edited) Morning all some pics from the weekend at Ropley where ‘Lion’ has started on the road to recovery. 50027 is getting into position in the yard on Friday to have the roof removed. 11.20am Saturday and the engine and generator are lifted clear of the engine room. The big oily hole left behind ready for a steam clean and paint. A few hours later the generator was split off and loaded onto a lorry ready for its journey to the Midlands this week.
