bike2steam
The only trouble being the latest fashion of pretentiously overpriced gastro pubs, you just have to be a bit careful on picking the right place.

bike2steam
Another angle on Lulworth Cove. In the furthest distance is St Aldhems Head, Worth Matravers, and the excellent Square & Compass. Edited November 18, 2014 by bike2steam
Guest Isambarduk
"Another angle on Lulworth Cove." Very nice photo; image stacking? "pretentiously overpriced gastro pubs" Yes, do need to be a bit wary of them but sometimes it's a case of a brief call at any port in a storm to tied you over until you can reach the next proper hostelry.David

bike2steam
A nice canal the Staffs & Worcs, the first one on which I took a 65 foot long narrow boat, with some nice bends to catch out the unwary.

two tone green
I hope the wall on the right is strong to hold back the water floating the boats. The gate in it must be of an interesting design as it's not leaking.
RMweb Premium TheQ Posted November 26, 2014 RMweb Premium Share Posted November 26, 2014 The nearest boat I think is an Elysian 27 probably from before Bounty boats took over production.
Clagsniffer
I took this shot when I was called out at silly o'clock in the morning. Even a sewage works can look good given the right light! In the back ground can be seen the cranes on the river tyne.

Killybegs
I spent a very pleasant couple of days with friends down in Cornwall after Warley. Gorgeous weather as can be seen below. The Hurlers stone circles at Minions on the edge of Bodmin Moor Looking across to Plymouth from Mount Edgcumbe. The Edgcumbe pub at Cremyll does a good lunch and a nice drop of beer!
