    We lost the boiler on Wednesday and after eventually getting through to British Gas on Thursday am and surprisingly getting an appointment for Friday between 12.00 and 18.00. Waking on Friday to find it snowing hard and our road covered my wife and I both said " There is no way the gasman will come today " At 12,00 a ring on the door bell and low and behold the gasman cometh. So British Gas cannot be all that bad
