But the WR had a lot of 2Es as well, in fact AFAIR apart from 2D FK and BFK most were 2E with some 2F So if you buy Bachmann 2Fs you will need underframe components, roof hatch, some will require bigger door windows (2D sized), so whatever you choose work awaits. 2E TSOs as the most common Airfix 2D, move a toilet window, reprofile bottom of sides, sand off door bumpers, may as well wire handrail it. EE frames work well Hornby 2E, fit EE frames and LG windows, resize roof vents and that underframe Bachmann 2F, two fan aircon unit, and another box which is missing, roof hatch Which is least work for you? As I do not need a lot and already have 4.5 Airfix based 2Es I am staying that way.

I prefered Rootes group cars, especially the Avenger

It is possible to be accurant and affordable, you leave off details as an example. Moulded handrails, no lighting, but make sure the basic thing looks accurate. Everyone on a budget is happy.

They look good Clive, I like the 125 TS, but to be honest the Lima roofs are best taken down to smooth plastic and new vents fitted. You can see the differences to 115 116 127 with the fewer full width windows. I saw 4 x 125 DMBS at Swindon in a scrap line in the late 70s. NE 104 is also nice. I have restarted work on my Tysely 116 as well. Will be good to see them finished. I would recommend Laserglaze for the 125 if you want to go that route, much better than SE vac form.

First is the FK to be E13584, this is the first in my Eastern Region 2D set, for NESW services, ths will go with a Replica BG on B4s a couple of 2D TSOs (1 ready to do) and E1883, then I need another 47 This will be a Western region BFK

Well I was looking for a 2D tonight to detail with EE frames and glazing, and I first found a 2E TSO, cracked joins and failed filler. This will be stripped down, repaired and EE LG detailed as the toilet window was wrecked.

2 trailer shells, possibly 3, 2 power car shells with 3 different ends minimum. 116 and 125 are AFAIK the same shells. 117 and 118 are very similar but different cab roofs. Also pre and post refurbishment on 117s. it wouldf also be prudent to offer the 115/127 TS as some 116s used these in later years

Smelly People Well I am going to have to say it but I did not come across any today in hall 5, but on the bus back someone was near me and VERY smelly, BO and fags. Possibly the person who had been to the cat show, or the person who had been to the bike show. One of the children thought it was the cat lady.
