Yup - I've always liked Brush Type 4s.
Same goes for D1000 "Westerns" - Class 37s - and "heritage" DMUs, for that matter - they're what was around here when I was in school.
Nothing wrong with steam - just the fact that for those of us below the age of 50 (not much below, in my case), steam has always been the stuff museums are made of.
