  1. Thank you Tony. I remember the interior being mostly dark, too, from 1962, when on a Railway Operating Course there. Strangely, I don't remember the colour of the main body. I suppose it is possiblly because most of the time was spent aboard, concentrating on driving, or shovelling. J

  10. It's another EU plot - to cover up the reduction of more funds that Cam didn't manage to negotiate - for the assistance for the rebuild of the Sea Wall. Once the vegitation is high enough, the remaining 2 platform areas will be filled with re-cycled cardboard boxes and covered with a 2" layer of re-cycled plastic supermarket bags and painted to look like Concrete. They will soon be sending Eurocops to the houses of all Railway Modellers, to seize any bottles of concrete paint. Warrants for entry will be based on Internet addresses obtained from the online shops, through US National Security Agancy - [freely given, as they were terrified of the EU going completely broke and offering to sell the EU to US - or, even worse, to Trump.] Enjoy the afternoon, considering the implications of a combination of Trump and the un-elected EU conglomerate .... J

  22. That overall shape is very pleasing Scott. I'm not sure the piers are too high, when it is in place, they all look right to me, particularly when the steelwork detail is in place, as that will look more "busy" than the plain card. Regards Julian
