  9. just had an idea for a youtube series, starting in axbridge (my layout) have a loco and set of coaches tour other peoples layouts if they want

      I did think a while back that with modern technology it wouldn't be impossible for two or more layout owners whose layouts are based on the same line to work on the same timetable and send each other bell codes via the internet/telephone so that as a train moves from one station to a fiddle yard, it arrives on someone else's layout!

      yeap they are fitted with all the control systems

      Class 92 do not have TDM so cannot work pushpull with Mk3/4 DVT's or Mk2 DBSO. Check RSSB website for coupling and multi working types.

      I've seen where the layout that had the fiddle yard out last weekend forgot to mention the "slight" damage it took the first hour of the show to repair.

      once you have glued down the ballast remove them

      I used the fine wire Peco pins, inserted them through the Chair from the outside at about 45 degrees and only pushed them half way in and bent them over. Once Ballasted I pull them out, no holes show in the Chair. Good luck.

      Some people use drawing pins or notice board pins to hold the track till the glue or ballast is set.
