There's some sample flow consists including the IWAs and the JLR containers here: https://www.revolutiontrains.com/iwa-sfins-2-holdall-vans-and-rfnoos-timber-carriers/ For those that missed out (or want some more!) retailers will be getting their orders early next week as the majority of our direct orders have gone out (if your order hasn't been marked as despatched yet please don't worry as we've still got some to send out!). Cheers Mike

Revolution Trains Clayton Class 18 battery hybrid loco
Revolution Mike replied to newbryford's topic in Revolution Trains
Hi Purnu If there are any new liveries announced before we start production then we will definitely look to add them to the initial releases. It will ultimately depend on what happens with the real things! Cheers Mike -

I think that is a reflection of batch production more than anything else. My argument would be that you can have either batch production of a wider range of items or near continuous availability of a much more limited choice of models. It is frustrating looking for something that is from an out of stock batch! -
For those of you missing some versions please see the last paragraph of this: http://www.revolutiontrains.com/need-a-little-pep-ping-up-for-2022/ Cheers Mike

Particularly units there's loads to do from the late 50s to present! We've already got at least two unannounced units in CAD with another in the research phase ;-)- 60 replies

Cavalex class 91 and mk4 coaches in N? is it still on the table?
Revolution Mike replied to Adamphillip's topic in Cavalex
We get quite a lot of emails asking us to produce a 91 in N - I've been pointing people in your direction so I hope they've been getting in touch! Cheers Mike -
The next outing of Oldshaw will be at Model Rail Scotland at the SEC in Glasgow on 25-27 February - fingers crossed that it goes ahead! New stock will debut at the show. Cheers Mike

If everything works correctly then you should get an email (or emails if you have more than one order) from us plus an email and/or a text from Royal Mail with tracking details plus your order status will change from processing to complete on our website (if you paid a deposit your order is only despatched when both halves of the order ie deposit and balance(s) are marked as Complete). Sometimes we miss despatching the odd order on our system which we then tidy up later when we cross-check stuff (hence the example Dungrange gives). Cheers Mike

For clarity - the Drax hoppers have different artwork each side. Our exclusives for Rails have a pair of the same liveries in each pack which is why there is a pair of numbers. Hornby's graphic only has one wagon number so I would think they are a single wagon but that is obviously something for Hornby and its retailers to confirm! Cheers, Mike
-
As per the note at the bottom of the despatch notes - if you paid a deposit and balance then your order is only despatched once both parts are marked as despatched (otherwise it is just an auto-generated email when you pay your balance closing off your deposit). Most are going by Royal Mail but some larger orders will go by courier (as will be too large/heavy for RM). cheers Mike
-
No they’re not easy to hide! Both the wagons and their packaging are surprisingly long! Another batch went in the post today (though I’ve not had chance to mark them all as despatched yet). Frustratingly we’ve been sent the wrong size packaging for orders of a single twin pack so orders for single packs will go out as early as possible next week once we’ve got replacement packaging. Cheers Mike

Roger, I replied to you in early November and have had no response since then. Please send us an email to the Sonic email address and we will sort out your problem. best wishes Mike

Please either send us an email to info@revolution etc or a PM through here as I can't see your email (though I don't know your full name from your user name!). Thanks Mike

All balance invoices have been generated (as of about 10 mins ago!) so if you've not received an email please login to your account if you're expecting balance invoices and they should be there - drop us an email if you can't see them on your account on our website. As previously mentioned, I'm afraid the deposit system generates a new invoice for each product line of your original order (and we can't combine them). You can pay by card or by BACS - if you pay by BACS please feel free to combine multiple payments into one and use your name as the reference. There will be a slight delay (until next week) to the first orders going out as we're waiting for a packaging order to arrive (plus getting over the plague!). Cheers Mike

RevolutioN announce OO Gauge IPA Wagons
Revolution Mike replied to sc2016's topic in Revolution Trains
The project page estimate is still correct! We're just waiting for confirmation from the factory that they have finished production (or a revised estimate) then they will ship. Once shipped they will take around 6 weeks to get to the UK. Cheers Mike -
As explained in our FAQs, when you pay a deposit then each product line generates a new balance invoice. So 6 of 1 thing is 1 invoice, but 1 of 6 things is 6 invoices. Trust me it is far more annoying for us than you (as they all have to be manually triggered)! But the alternative is that we don't have a deposit system. Cheers Mike

Revolution Trains proposes Class 92 in N
Revolution Mike replied to Revolution Ben's topic in Revolution Trains
Legomanbiffo available from DC kits. Cheers Mike -
Many pallets have just arrived, unfortunately slightly too late for pre-Christmas post so the first deliveries will start to go out mid-late next week. I've got a lot more balance invoices to send out so please don't worry if you've not received yours yet (as always we will post on the Projects page when all the balance invoices have been sent out). Cheers Mike
