Evening All where can I find coach information for west coast railways trains? i wish to replicate a rake for my class 47, I’m well aware I will have to paint and convert which is fine, but would like to model the rake as close to formation as possible. many thanks Bob

Hi mate Yes deffo due a catch up. I turned down some shows for this year as later in the summer I’m altering the track plan for better operation. cheers Bob

Evening everyone. not a lot gone on with Sandiacre since late last year apart from some stock renumbering. I had 2 class 68s, defiant and intrepid, which I wanted as Brutus and Tireless. These were renumbered, weathered, etched nameplates and brake discs. Thanks for looking. Bob

Thanks Christian, was in October but forgot to post it

Thanks Paul Cheers Bob

Sandiacre was invited to the Folkestone model railway show and it was a great weekend. Some more up to date stock was completed for the show. It also highlighted the fact a second yard exit line was needed so this is next years job! Also the fiddle yard has had LED lights added for ease of operation. Cheers Bob

Building a layout in a Tim Horn Photo Box?
86902 replied to Ralf's topic in Modelling Questions, Help and Tips
Hi Ralf Although I didn’t use Tim’s photo boxes, I used one of his custom fully enclosed boards, I built all the track in situ, and to be honest the only issue I came up against was I couldn’t fit the static grass machine in easily! One word of advice I can offer is fit the backscene first! Good luck, and a picture of Sandiacre. Bob -

Top quality work Cav, keep it up Cheers Bob

Superb work Darius. I hacked mine about to put it into stowed mode, fitted to the stobart low loader. All I need to do now is build the trestle to sit under the front. Cheers Bob

3 more 08-16 tampers slowly come to completion for the layout, 2 100 versions in Balfour Beatty livery, and a little detailing, sound chip and weathering to go onto the 80 version in Colas Rail. Also the bubble car requires more detailing, cameras and wiring etc, plus functional working lights. Thanks for looking Bob
