Taken up with Rails and returned and also told on the 29th April it had been received and would be returned to yourselves. I shall be in touch with them in the morning.

I must admit I find the sale of surplus 37 419 models rather hard to understand. I returned a faulty one to Rails of Sheffield a couple of weeks ago and got the reply that it was being returned to Accurascale for repair but this would take at least 2 months! This is slightly disappointing as surely the faulty item should have been replaced if surplus became available.

Remember to bring the 50 to Bangor Fran so I can have a look!

I’m sure there is a healthy market for spare bogie sales for previous owners who have a wobbly runner or axle box issues with their Hattons 66.

My account is also doing the old, This Account Is not recognised. Just after attempting login again and everything worked fine. There might be some Apple update or something going on as I had a similar problem with another website earlier.

I have been in the Dapol Shop recently and two employees were chatting about things on RMWeb, so they certainly keep up to date what’s going on here.

I think when you look at recent announcements and releases of items that been run for a second time and no price increases it tells me that this is a well managed, financially stable company that knows the margins required. PFA - Second release in the last month, price same as first run. PCA - Second release in the last couple of months, same price. Irish Railway Models Fertilisers and Keg Flats, reduced price from the initial first run. They certainly have got almost 100% of my model budget in the last 12 months and if they keep doing business and models the way they have been then I see no change in the near future.

Your problem with the second one sounds exactly the same as mine.

Funnily enough my model of 68031 failed on Monday night while on a test run awaiting the MK5’s so perhaps get it out for a little run!

As stated I am very happy with the service and shell I received back. But I would imagine people may not be happy at their personal details being sent out to other people. I have someone else’s name, address, email address, and mobile number. Now under data protection I should not have these nor should someone else have mine. That’s just sloppy.

Received a Felix back today with handrails fitted. Excellent job, even though I know it’s not the shell I returned, nor the box, and according to the return slip my name and address has changed!😂😂😂
