Almost the opposite, I realise now that they were some of the avatars ported over from the previous phpBB software - with a naming convention that was different from what they were (and are now) in a directory which was a parent of other (recognisable) subdirectories.

Aah! I was doing some server maintenance yesterday and found a few small files in a folder which didn't make sense which dates back to about 2008; there weren't many in there and I didn't recognise any so I, erm, filed* them. I've just looked at your avatar filename and now it makes sense,. Many apologies; could you try to upload a new file please? * The same place as Mrs Y files my stuff - never to be seen again.

Cases per day seem to have been fairly consistent through the week over the months; hospitalisations don't seem to jump around too much but it's the daily death figure which is low at weekends. That will only jump up and down even more over the holiday with holidays and bank holidays so there'll probably be some spikes in that between Christmas and New Year and then on the Weds/Thurs after New Year. As most of the map is going deep purple in London/SE https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/interactive-map/cases from this evening they're bringing in another colour for case rates over 1,600/100,000 - Red? It could be seen later last week that the dark colour was spreading through boroughs on the M40/M1/A1 corridors outwards. The map lags behind by around 6/7 days so I'd say the West Mids will go dark soon on the map.

You may shrug it off as repetitive, boring, laboured, unnecessary or whatever but, in reality, this is part of the problem the government has caused, or laid itself bare to it all at a time when they should be delivering strong and sensible messaging about where we are and what we need to do. They've left themselves wide open to everyone taking the P and disregarding anything they say as lacking in credibility; or are you trying to control what people actually think on their behalf?

There's no need for rubbish like that. You do like trying to troll in my view. The next time you do it, whether it's F1 or topics like this your access permissions will get trimmed.

Locomotion Models announce 'Hardwicke' Improved Precedent Class
AY Mod replied to AY Mod's topic in Locomotion Models
My understanding is that only a small number of customers (single figures) have been in contact with any issues out of several hundred items shipped so far. Hopefully then these are isolated cases and the initial information may point towards courier handling somewhere along the line. Locomotion are certainly keen to resolve any issues that arise. -
Greenwood Model Products 65ft GWR Turntable
AY Mod replied to Stephen Freeman's topic in Smaller Suppliers
Ok; I have now spoken to Mike at length on this and he accepts where there may have been issues but also feels he has tried hard to resolve any of the issues. The current position, as can be seen from your latest screenshot, is that the keypad parcel is with UPS in Madrid. Mike advises me he has requested that you provide them with the information too that he has provided to you and them with the details from the invoice regarding the contents of the parcel, what it actually is, the tariff code and that it is a replacement part. Mike has also advised me that the Paypal refund request has been rejected by Paypal as it's outside their protection period. So, the practical choices to you are: 1. If you have any outstanding correspondence from UPS please respond so that the delivery can be completed. 2. If you wish to have a refund the goods should be returned (inc. the keypad). I have explained that although that you already have the turntable and motor that the three elements constitute the product and that your consumer protection would give you the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt of the complete order. That would have to be at your cost under current legislation - https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-rights-act-aKJYx8n5KiSl - under your return rights (unless the goods were faulty - which they won't be if the errant keypad is united with the rest of it). The refund would then be issued when the goods are received back, this is standard practice with any retailer. I'm still unsure why I've been leant upon to get involved with this; it's not my doing and I don't have any magical spell to cast upon customer disputes (I have no rights in this technically, only you and the seller do) but that's all I can realistically do - and that is to clarify what your options are after discussion with the seller. -
Already covered; many times. I can't keep spending time responding every time someone kicks it all off again.
