  1. That's brilliant, it brought its own rock to sit on.
  2. I don't have to; I don't work for Key. Maybe I then should point out you are complaining on a rival publisher's website rather than where you should be directing it. RMweb is not TripAdvisor.
  3. I am referring to a pirate copy. You may find it unacceptable but unfortunately it happens (as I've evidenced above) so it's understandable that they're trying to minimise unpaid for usage.
  4. Within 15 seconds of searching I found illegally copied pdfs of the current issue which could be downloaded (at a cost that wouldn't be going to Key).
  5. ... seeing a church over a tunnel. ... private owner 5/7-plankers behind a 66. ... station lamps on in daylight. ... people in shiny clothes*. ... bicycles that stand up on their own. * apart from a curious incident with a neighbour.
  6. Can you please keep the topic to Accurascale's Buckjumper rather than kits in a different scale for a different loco?

  8. Nooooooooooooooo! Another one!
  9. I think RMweb is not TripAdvisor. Expecting redress 6 years later is a bit much. The instructions would have referenced detailing parts and action should have been taken then.

  11. I can't think of a traditional road that has them lengthways. I think it's because of the camber and drainage with continuous joint lines allowing the water to drain to the sides where there'll be a longitudinal gully of 2/3 courses.
  12. Shouldn't the setts be layed across the width of the road?
  13. Which carries more trains; Didcot to Oxford or north of Aynho Jcn.? Are there more Padd-Oxf/Worcs services than Chiltern? Is there anything else that affects capacity?
  14. No, not going to spend time watching a pointless, speculative and inflammatory topic over a holiday weekend. Even if you think toy trains are more important than geopolitics.
  15. I don't think anything has been said, yet, that would be problematic but, yes @Morello Cherryshould report any information as it may not be an isolated instance.
  16. Class 55 No.55002 Locomotion Models and Accurascale have worked in partnership to release a new, exclusive 00 gauge Class 55 No.55002 diesel locomotive in BR blue as the latest addition to the National Collection in Miniature Series. The model has been designed and is being made by Accurascale and is expected to ship in 2024. The Class 55 No.55002 formed part of a fleet of Class 55 (also known as Deltic or English Electric Type 5) diesel locomotives that ran on the East Coast Main Line between 1961 and 1982. The first Deltic prototype was produced in 1955 at Dick, Kerr & Co works in Preston, and showcased multiple notable features for diesel locomotives at the time, including its ability to run at high speeds, its power in relation to its size and weight, its large size, and unusual style, influenced by the bulldog-nosed American diesels of the time. The Deltic's power and speed impressed the management of the British Railways Eastern Region, who, at this point, were looking for a replacement for their pre-war fleet of Class A4 steam locomotives. 22 Deltics entered service in 1961, successfully replacing 79 Class A4s and 35 Class Ads, with very few mechanical changes made from the prototype versions of the locomotive. As the most powerful diesels of their time, with the ability to reach speeds of over 100mph, they significantly reduced journey times on the East Coast Main Line. All 22 Deltics were named either after racehorses or regiments of the British Army from both the North East of England and Scotland. No.55002 was named 'Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry' (KOYLI) in a naming ceremony at York station in 1963 and was the first of the fleet to be painted in BR blue. KOYLI is currently on display in the North Shed of the National Railway Museum in York.
