  1. Unfortunately we can't upload videos directly. Could you upload to YouTube and copy the link into here?
  2. You're not narrowing it down much! Could it have been Baby Deltic?
  3. Also see https://www.rmweb.co.uk/topic/178349-constant-consent-block/?do=findComment&comment=5167459
  4. It will have been Phil! A shame technology was so primitive so long ago; it would have been far superior now but, nevertheless, it was a superb day with you.
  5. Tart. I did have some Derbyshire oatcakes at Chatsworth's farm caff but they were fatter than Staffs.
  6. The cook's retired! After Gnosall she said never again! And that was nearly 6 years ago.
  7. Only that they had a problem with their systems so didn't announce it.
  8. As did our fundraiser for NHS Charities Together which preceded that which Hornby and other manufacturers supported.
  9. It had that many exclamation marks in it that I expect the nameplate to read King Charles !!! - it sets my OCD off seeing the nameplate in shoutycaps anyway.
  10. Correct. £140,000 was raised https://www-archive.ekhuft.nhs.uk/patients-and-visitors/news-centre/latest-news/full-steam-ahead-for-clinical-trials-unit/index.html That was my reason for buying - to support the company doing something worthwhile; not for the model really.
  11. It will be. Different companies can make things for the same purpose you know.
  12. Can we stop the divisive and provocative sweeping generalisations please? It has nothing to do with the topic.
  13. It'll be a browser issue, probably after an update. Try clearing your browser of any RMweb cookies and history and try again or try to login on a different browser.
  14. I was surprised we were allowed such a seditious* text in Catholic school lessons. There again, Mr. Whitby was just a rebel. * It isn't but the school was like that.
  15. It'd look nice in purple. 😁 The old 66 is an easier product to knock out quickly, I wouldn't be surprised if each run put a few more bodies and chassis through to await a quick livery job for 'occasions'. Maybe that's what these are?
  16. No, that was before he left in 2013.
  17. Simon will be retiring at the end of May. We wish him well and hope he gets time to spend on his retirement projects. See https://www.world-of-railways.co.uk/News/simon-kohler-to-leave-hornby?postId=66690a13-f84e-4eaa-b900-d15afe4aff7d
  18. You and the team deserve a massive pat on the back for this Rob as well as everyone who donated - that's an amazing result. And all for nice folk having fun doing something they love. It beats doing a marathon or skydiving anyway.
