  1. There can never be any confusion there! Whilst sorting someone else I spotted you and polished up a gold gong for you and flushed your ads down the pan.
  2. That is the problem when an image/s are circulated without any context; if a manufacturer says "this is what has been done so far, we are happy with x but not with y and this is what still needs to be done". Without that context people will reach their own conclusions and the damage is already done because of that lack of information.
  3. I find this quite fascinating; I'm a big fan of the robustness of Kato's track (HO and N) to whap some down to test various products in various configurations but I'm intrigued with what you've done to bed it in and improve appearance. As just a still from your video you've achieved some very easy curves and transitions; can I ask how you achieved that? Also I note the effective superelevation.
  4. It's all a balancing act; I do have the benefit of looking at Analytics to measure visits, visit durations and number of page views to get some facts behind it and what affects it vs. ad revenue.
  5. Much chuckling (for an extended period of time) at this end; you wouldn't believe how accurate that is!
  6. Sometimes; maybe. Sometimes not. It all depends on the ad-techies. Intentional? Who knows. I recommend becoming a Premium member if it's an issue.
  7. It depends on your definition of usable of course but to remove the Google ads* and pop-up ads then yes, the solution is to pay the £12 per annum. *These may still show in some manufacturer subforums pending a fix.
  8. I've just tried to look at the system but it didn't give me any results (not foolproof by any means!). Try registering with the same email address you use here and omit the username; I'll still be able to reconcile it and manually sort the permissions for Gold etc on here. Good luck!
  9. This is posted in the wrong area of the forum but I did your reply to your message yesterday within 18 minutes of you sending it:
  10. The offer is proving to be very popular so I decided that I should chuck in another prize. The extra prize is for anyone who takes up the offer (and already has) before the deadline at the end of Wednesday 30th November. Accurascale's exclusive 'Dragon pack', worth £74.95, of 3 nuclear waste wagons is now completely sold out. The pack contains two container wagons and the unique Dragon load wagon. Click here to sign up.
  11. You said you'd never get on with the internet. 😁
  12. I'm far more looking forward to seeing, hearing and travelling behind this than any east coast excesses or GW kits. ;)
  13. Statement from KR Models: "Both of us at KR Models here deeply respect the railway industry, and all the people who have worked on the rails since its inception. Any disrepsect that any of you have taken from the announcement of the Great Train Robbery livery was not our intention, nor something we want to leave and ignore. We strongly feel that the livery we have chosen is important, not because of its infamy or its shock value, but because it was an extremely important event in railway history and for the life of the Class 40. To not cover it would be doing the engine a disservice. And not only have we been working closely with the Class 40 Preservation Society to bring the most accurate and finely detailed model of such an engine to market, we have also been discussing the liveries we intended to make for the 40, including the Great Train Robbery livery. As many know, the Class 40 Preservation Society is mostly manned by (ex)-firemen, railwaymen and enthusiasts for the engine, and if any of them had a problem with the announcement of said livery, we can guarantee we would not be making it. We understand the touchy and sensitive nature of the subject, given the tragic events that had transpired, and by no means do we mean to make light of such a tragic event, but this isn't us "profiteering from a tragedy", it is far from it. It is us acknowledging that such a horrible act was committed, and we are doing our part in remembering and memorialising its importance in railway history. We were already planning to make generous donations to the CFPS for their great help in bringing these models out under our banner before our announcement, and I hope that to most of you that it is satisfactory. If not, then I apologise. If anyone has any concerns or questions for either of us at KR, email either keith@krmodels.co.uk or michael@krmodels.co.uk."
  14. @Phil Parker grabbed a couple of EP snaps.
  15. Some wagon EP and 3D print snaps from @Phil Parker
  16. @Phil Parker grabbed some pics at the weekend.
  17. Arriving soon, thanks to @Phil Parker for the pics.
  18. We've not forgotten; we're still awaiting the promised update.
  19. Just checked again and I can see it's all gone through OK and I've set up your access here.
  20. I can see that you have registered as a customer ( in May 2017) but there's no order been placed. Give the link in the first post another try and it should take you to the order page and then payment details etc.
  21. I am pausing this topic pending further information from KR Models on the subject of the limited edition which should be available at some point over the next few hours.
