Are there any that haven't been done yet? Numbers could be different but struggling to think of any liveries not catered for yet. Except Toby of course which would need licencing.
Oddly enough I bought the DVD and soundtrack to Going Home a couple of weeks ago and then suddenly the theme is in the news (for an excellent reason). I've never actually seen the film - something for this weekend hopefully.
Ha ha yes that's something I do quite a bit - move my fingers before the heat hits the skin.
What I forgot the other day is you can't do that with an RSU though. Still got the blister 😂
Received mine - as always with Ian's kits it's comprehensive thank you, Ian.
Can anyone advise regarding the ones built for the LNER? Specifically buffers and axleboxes - I would normally expect these parts to be supplied to the builder by the LNER but the axleboxes on Paul's site appear to match the LMS ones? Is it the same with the buffers? Makes life easy if they are the same!

Thank you :)
As a grandbairn (not yours obviously!) those were the days. Dual loop of Hornby tinplate 3 rail with flying scotsman hurtling round one way, Royal Scot the other, and crossover points randomly thrown made for some spectacular events!
Might be worth taking a leaf out the airline industry and have checklists? With people watching a failed layout it must be pretty high pressure at times. Not in the same league as losing an engine on an airliner but the principle is the same?
Any particularl reason why? You'd be increasing the amount of work required by an awful lot when a suitable replacement high quality motor is available now.
