The final part to be added to the warehouse building is a canopy over the large door. I have used a scrap Airfix canopy end with a scratch built roof

I know this location has been modelled many times, but I think this version is going to be excellent and I am looking forward to the progress updates .

Been a while since I did an update to Drabford, here’s a few pictures of work in progress to the warehouse building . Originally it was planned as a flat roofed building, but I wasn’t happy with it. So I decided to add the apex style roof sections to make it more interesting, and give more height to the background.

A little more progress with the low relief warehouse building. The window frames are now completed, and doors added. The left two windows have been bricked up to add a little more detail. Next job is to make a canopy to go over the loading door.

I made a template to cut the window tops the same curve. Then I'm putting the Wills Brick Arch Overlays on top. Cheers Shaun

Using the same type of embossed stone plasticard as the station building / goods shed. A new attached warehouse is under construction. Cutting out the plasticard and planning where windows are going and other details..

The skyline of Drabford behind the station area I think needed something more, as the area to the right looks more busy and built up . So I have decided to make a new low relief warehouse building to fill in the sky area.

Does that mean I should post the Chinese take away update on a Saturday evening I'm working on that at the moment. Thanks for the kind comments Shaun.
