  1. I noticed a couple of weeks back while scrolling through the pages of artitec that they have started producing items in TT. everything from vehicles to figures and even detailing. workshop tools cabinets and shelving. It's not just Hornby that's putting is money on the table a lot of model rail manufacturers out there have faith that TT will sell.
  2. Ditto but it is a thing of beauty. TEMPTED 🤔
  3. Registered a interest in three quad Pack's in alcan branding to run in a mixed speed link . hope there's enough interest to justify these getting produced. this is what I love about revolution.they bring (in most cases) something different to the table that's not already out there.fingers crossed for this one.😀🤞
  4. Dunfermline district council still had one of the shelvock bin lorry in operation up to the beginning of 1980.later that year being replaced with a newer model.im down for a couple along with the gully emptier.. good choice of model.
  5. Hy John I bought the ruston face shovel in n gauge it's not bad kit but needs a bit sanding down and filling around the joints. Also came with decals ones painted..they definitely do the oo gauge drot so what you order is what you will get. Artitec are doing the closed cab on there k5 hannomag , pre built and weathered it's ho scale but might pass on your lorriet. Regards John.
  6. Knowing one off the dance halls made it north of the border is all I need to purchase two weathered engineer olive green version, as for the HEA Hopper's if I thought revolution would make a better version i would wait but seeing I missed out on these the last time I will go for a small rake of the coal sector version and hope we get the brown rail freight version in may June. As for the twins 10001small yellow panels does look amazing we'll before my time but after having a massive cull and selling most of my br green locos I kept half a dozen locos and some rolling stock in the off chance a n gauge 29 would appear one day.so could go for a none sound version twin...just waiting on a triple grey 20 from farish now.
  7. Artitec do a cat cable dozer.hanomag drot plus other interesting plant and vehicles. although there HO.i have bought a lot of there n gauge models pre built and weathered. A bit expensive but worth it.not a lot else out there.
  8. hattons was reason I got back into the hobby in 2006 after I came across there five pages advert in a modeling mag I found next to a skip..and my first online purchase began and continued right up till October were I bought a couple of pre-owned farish 37 ,a Dapol class 50 and two 27.along with signals and lighting.i will miss hattons dearly and wish them and all the staff good luck.hopefully something come out of this fingers crossed.
  9. D2 helvellyn (sye) with dcc sound pre-ordered along with 4407.dcc, with a possibility of green full yellow ends if funds allow, plenty of time to get the funds together tho. Just sold a lot of my br green locos and rolling stock in the summer and swapped it for sub sector but it keeps dragging me back. 😭
  10. Hy guys just received my midland blue this morning and was wondering how the body is unclipped? Is it similar to the Dapol set up where you work you're way round the body shell easing it away?
  11. brilliant to see them finally here, been patiently waiting for my br blue full headcode with a potential to buy the red star variant to go with my 08 starlet.thanks for bringing this model to the masses guys.
  12. Firstly I would like to see the class 06 shrunk, only ever seen one in tow behind class 20s or a 25 traveling between Thornton and town hill sheds, the last one I saw was in early 81 traveling west past lochgelly between a class 40 and a severely worn looking 25,still had the numeric head code blind at OOOO but because they weren't geographically traveled I would like to suggest the sentinel 4wdh or the 0-6-0 dh.plenty of user's and we'll traveled they would be ideal for anyone looking for a shunter to pair up with there wagons like the class b, class a,tanks. I would like to create the Westfield locos 10268 and 10269. both fitted with spark arrestor because of the close proximity to the gasholder at the lurgy plant they controlled the west sidings. I'm also up for the apcm bagged cement van again we'll traveled both north and south of the border and ideal for a small distribution sidings or cement terminal.a second vote for the ukf palvan.seen in speedlinks to Thornton with c02 and vba's.
  13. Although I'm not interested in coaching stock I think the that demand in n scale is so great that if accurascale was to move into n this would be a good start. The 21t mdo mdv and the huo would be welcome..oh and the lovely little magnesite ore wagons although I don't think the demand over here would be enough to shrink it.would it though?🤨
  14. Two packs ordered along with class 44 Ingleborough to go with skiddaw which I ordered early on.thanks for supporting the n gauge market guys and wish you nothing but success in the future.😀
  15. really pleased to see 08761 which worked out of Thornton yard Fife. Will look great pulling my tullis Russell PAA.🙂
  16. They certainly didn't run in fife but that didn't stop me going for the early bird option on 55990. If you like it run it. go on John you know you want one.
  17. I went onto the n gauge page on the hattons website. Clicked on the diesel locomotive list then onto a Dapol hymec...scrolled down to where it says see other products in the br era 6 period came across the class seventeens and baby deltics.tried the wagons and found the n gauge sharks and mermaids all under the title hattons dream list.i gave oo gauge a go to make sure it wasn't just items I had pre-order and came across 12 king classes again saying hattons dream list but sorry to say no o gauge ptesflo.
