  1. For a faulty product, it would be a full replacement, not a repair. However, if you change your mind and no longer want one, we would issue a full refund less the restocking fee. But seeing as you don't want one ???
  2. The gearbox I posted a while took such criticism that we altered it, from a tried and tested model. So we're having two versions of the gearbox built which we intend to exhaustively test to see which performs the best. Tried and tested may be ok, but can we improve on it. Things like less stress in the corners, less wear and tear in the long run. I want the model to outlast me, the clock is ticking down.
  3. My whole profit margin is riding on his purchase. I wait with bated breath.
  4. Once we have the full EP samples in, it will be easier to highlight all the issues in one go. They rushed it out so that we'd have something to show for the GETS show this weekend.
  5. With all the mass complaining about which gearing we are going to use, we're having two examples to test to make sure we provide the best possible. We DO want to get this right. The order book closes on Nov 30th. Yes, we have the first test prints. We've spotted a few errors already, but they are quick fixes, nothing too bad. And before anyone gets on their soapbox, we ARE still on schedule. I'm posting this as a courtesy, I don't have to do this. Anyone who wants a GT3 has ordered via the website. That's all the acknowledgment I need that we are bringing the right product to the market.
  6. Thanks Gary, We will have the first EP samples at the show. Very much looking for to seeing the reality of all the hard work come to fruition.
  7. The first images of the tools. It's coming together.
  8. As there appear to be far too many 'experts' who clearly know everything about everything. I'm not going to be taking part in this thread. I didn't start, I didn' ask for it, and I won't be using it. Nothing can be achieved by trying to defend my actions or credibility here, only a very few have something positive to offer. No matter what I do, I cannot pacify the main (who don't want to be wrong), Objectors. Enjoy your modeling.
  9. It's gonna happen, progress is moving in the right direction.
  10. there is the DCC ready version Nigel.
  11. We are not a PLC or a LTD company, therefore won't be listed with companies house.
  12. Sole traders are allowed to use PO Boxes in the UK, I used one for 13 years as a LTD company in a former life, we still had the LTD company registered address which was our accountant's office.
  13. I can guarantee there will be no cost increase at this stage. However, if we do decide to do a 2nd run, then I don't know. As is stands today we have no delays, the project is moving along just on time. Tooling is scheduled to begin in July and run till the end of the year with production set to start in the new year.
  14. I just want to make sure it's right before I release it on here, I get savaged enough on here as it is, the blood is coming through the bandages.
  15. I was just correcting a few errors yesterday with the factory and as soon as we have completed CAD drawings I will publish them here. I will also publish the EP samples too. The order book will have to close soon as I need to order the sound decoders from ESU.
  16. The lynching started without my participation. Premises cost money for a start-up company, so we are using outside contractors for each project. That way there aren't bills to pay for unused office space.
  17. This is why the GT3 has been funded this way. There was a soft launch to gauge the response at Warley, then the EOI was launched, once enough interest was shown by asking for deposits only after enough customers committed did I know the project was going to succeed. As a 51-year-old British citizen, I am well aware of my customer base. Can anyone deny that some of the questions asked on here have been very personal and invasive? If you poke the dog, he will bite. I have shared everything I know, as the project develops, and yes I am also learning from this. I may have been a little abrupt with some questions, for which I apologise. We won't run out of money, that won't be a problem.
  18. The trading address is listed on the website. All company correspondence should be directed there.
  19. The shipping container from China will be unloaded at a yet to be found location in the UK, and customers orders will be distributed from there, returns will also be returned there too.
