  1. Yesterday's RHTT was top and tailed by Class 37/4s 37419 Driver Tony Kay 1974-2019 and 37425 Sir Robert McAlpine/Concrete Bob.
  2. 37/4s 37419 Driver Tony Kay 1974-2019 and 37425 Sir Robert McAlpine/Concrete Bob on today's RHTT at Sewerby level crossing. I'll admit that the photos aren't great as I wasn't able to get as close as I liked in time. 37419 37425
  3. I mentioned earlier that I saw 37407 at Bridlington today. It was on RHTT duties with 37425 Sir Robert McAlpine/Concrete Bob. 37407 37425
  4. I managed to see today's RHTT at Bridlington earlier. Doing the honours were 37407 Blackpool Tower (one I haven't seen before) and 37425 Sir Robert McAlpine/Concrete Bob. 37407 37425
  5. 37407 looks a lot cleaner than when I saw it at Bridlington today.
  6. I meant 3J51 (York-Scarborough-Hull-Scarborough-York)
  7. Anyone know what was working 3J51 yesterday and what will be working it today? (York - Scarborough - Hull - Scarborough - York)
  8. I saw Flying Scotsman at York on 01/07/23. It was hauling a railtour.
  9. Not a model railway show but I picked up a modern Graham Farish Class 25 for £59 at Pickering station during the NYMR steam gala.
  10. At the 'moors' we always have someone to assist with coupling up. Why they didn't have one is beyond me. Had they had someone helping them, this collision could have been avoided.
  11. Because all attention is focused on 60103 rather than anything else. With that said, which one was it? 66743 or 66746?
  12. So apart from the buffer and the buffet car being trashed, there's no major damage to 60103 or the rolling stock?
  13. A Class 101 DMU waits at the signal while Class 25 D5222 passes by with 5M27.
  14. She can haul a train of 5 Mk1 coaches with ease and It could probably haul more.
  15. Sorry if I haven't been responding to anyone, I've been having wifi problems recently but I think it's all good now. Also, managed to get the 25 'chipped tonight. Lights work at both ends and it runs on Hilldale smoothly. Just giving it a test run now.
  16. Ok, so I've clicked on the link and had a look. The technical details of the sound decoder. While I was on the Digitrains website, I took the chance to look up some soundfiles for the Class 25. I presume it'll be uploaded to the sound decoder when I buy the two together.
  17. I recently brought a N gauge loco from a trader who was selling model railway items at Pickering station on the NYMR during the Annual Steam Gala yesterday. The model I brought is Graham Farish model of Class 25/1 D5222, the prototype of which is preserved and currently stored at the Caledonian Railway. The model was first released in 2013, so ten years ago, and it has 6-pin DCC socket but question is, can it be fitted with sound though?
  18. With Class 37/4 37419 Driver Tony Kay 1974-2019 in the background, Class 155 155346 departs from York on 15/07/23.
