    After missing out on 47715, can't believe how quickly they went, I see some retailers still advertising 47707 in NSE but it's not on the Bachmann product list on their website.     Was staying in the Peak District last week and thought I would try and do a diversion to Sheffield to see this shop, as I had only dealt with them by mail order from them previously. Turned out to be a great idea. Staff were friendly, plenty of stock to be had and easy parking outside the door.

    Agreed. There website might not be great but there service is. I have had a lot of locos over the year each with a certificate that says it has been tested. Never had to return any.

    I would probably buy one too, but the lack of lights is now a noticeable problem as now most new locos and some carriages come with illumination. Surely adding lights wouldn't be a huge issue.

    Hi Ixion, 97403 was soley a Modelzone model, Rail express were not involved. I have the said model on my layout and the box doesn't menton Rail Express. I seen the advert in Model Rail magazine about November 2005 and I recieved it about October 2006 if my memory serves me right. It is a nice model

    I have a memory of this as proposed limited edition from Model Rail magazine a year or so back, but it got dropped for some reason. Can anybody else verify this? I would have bought it given the opportunity.
