I reviewed a place this week that I never ever want to go back to. I've never had such bad service, particularly as I was covered from head to toe in a tray full of drinks accidentally thrown over me by the staff. Just saying sorry after that does not cut it especially as I then had to cut short a visit by several hours to return to my holiday accommodation, change, shower and wash clothes.

Hardly ever seen good or even helpful feedback on Tripe Advisor. A few genuine complaints apart, it's for the deluded and habitually malcontent.

Very telling that you can have two reviews from the same day that do not even sound like the same place
