    Can any members remember what was said about a golden key ring ? It was in the last club mag I believe. I've got a key ring in with the new wagon, but I don't know if everyone gets one or if it's the golden wonka card or something....

    Are you running DC or DCC ? How closely are they speed matched ? If not very closely there will be a lot of push pull which could make the couplings fall out. When I ran two 37s together on the prodigy I assigned them the same number after having tweaked the acceleration / deceleration CVs to get them as close as possible first

    Yes there are prices rises....and we can see the reasons. I think everyone has a threshold above which they are reluctant to spend. For Bachmann that was the polybulk wagons and the inspection coach - I brought these on a whim as I may, in the future, have suitable layouts to run them on. Which is rare now as I can't afford to speculatively acquire stuff for possible future use in general. Which is a catch 22 as it often backfires with batch production I find what I then need is no longer available .

    I think my skill as a railway photographer is somewhat limited. There is a shed in the undergrowth amongst the weeds and Mercedes ... 66009 shunts the steel train, swindon station.

    Cool vid, cameraman a bit wobbly ! So warwells and warflats can put landrovers on as well. I fancy making some of those RMP ones

    Anybody can afford anything - it's called saving. If you really want one, you'll find a way. Personally I can't see it in the £250 zone, I'd be in for about £170. I'm tempted to build a plank with OHLEjust so I can get one of these !

    That's the problem - a lot never get used . See south marston euroterminal and prologis park. I don't think the former has been used since 2008.

    True , but I've seen all sorts in warwells too. And of course you could have a warrior on a warflat they tried back in 97. I guess one falling off during loading put them off

    I sprayed my model of 37116 in dullcote, supplied from the above company . The finish was flat as a pancake and that was the new version with the " 1260 " code

    Hi, As the title really.....just interested in what moves where. I know DRS run the daventry - wentloog, but I'm not sure what else is on rail. Can anybody fill me in ? Cheers

    I'll have to wait and make a call on whose to get then, I'd rather they had the widened deck otherwise it's another compromise
