  2. Apologies. My confusion entirely as the diesels have decoder selection dips, the manor as it has a much simpler pcb does not. Mea culpa. Please ignore any reference to dip switches in the manor.
  3. The included manual has a set of pin configs (should also be on a yellow ‘warning’ card). The pin arrangement is different for DC , an ESU chip or a non ESU chip
  4. Have you checked the dip switch array is in the ESU setting? Its needed to switch through the correct pins to the stay alive also?
  5. These are the brackets for the centre snowplough. If you’re not installing the ploughs you can put these on the bufferbeam instead
  6. Have you reached out to support? Ensure also you are feeding at least 14V to the track...
  7. This thread started on the 17th September - not 6 months ago? (though our first 7mm model was actually announced in 2018! https://www.accurascale.com/collections/7mm-o-gauge )
  8. There are five pick and pack lanes which can move at a different pace.
  9. All of our Loco boxes are identical dimensions. Hope that helps!
  10. M1.7 x 3mm They were supposed to be in the packs, we are checking in with the Factory and if you've any trouble sourcing, drop us a line and we can post you out some. Apologies for the trouble!
  11. Monday at the moment. Full Update once they clear customs and are checked in. Thanks to everyone for their patience!
  12. If you could DM me or drop a line to support@accurascale.con we’ll do all we can to get you sorted.
  13. Sorry to hear that. We’d be very keen to hear details of your layout, what else was running, controller type etc in advance of the return Dave if at all possible.
  14. They're in the UK for sure, just awaiting clearance and counting in.
  15. Worth bearing in mind the stay alive will need 14v or so to work but otherwise shouldn’t impact the normal running of the chip
  16. Pixie is actually the Production Manager, so he oversees all projects, and manages the 'programme' of production. We do have a large and growing team of project managers however, and many many many many projects underway not yet announced :)
  17. So far almost every 37 made is unique in some or many ways so renumbering would be against our ‘accuracy’ mandate however the numbers do run off quite well with a dab of ipa on a cotton bud.
  18. Yes they are almost here. Due to the warehouse this coming week.
  19. Our warehouse team are 7 days now and we are about 80 meters from the DHL international hub :)
  20. If you read the thread you’ll see it’s primarily Voltage or controller issues with a small subset again being a genuine motor issue. As per that thread, any issues post run in and a dcc reset if on digital drop our super team a line or a sms or a dm or live chat.
  21. Perhaps ask them to reach out again, or use an alternative method, as we've zero open trade tickets or orders.
  22. I’d caution against that as you’ll change the resistance and may risk blowing a speaker. There are a range of CVs for volume. If you want to raise the volume on the prime mover CV just drop us a line and we can assist
  23. all trade on the /6 are gone a while now. Perhaps reach out to them to check again?
  24. I’m not aware of any retailer seling these at discount. Why would they when demand is much higher than remaining availability.
