If you buy from us you return to us if you buy from an authorized retailer you return to the retailer. If you bought second hand there is no warranty. -

All 37’s include both full ploughs and three part ploughs so you can run with couplers and a plough if you wish. -

We have indeed been speaking with Geoff and he has been very kindly liaising with us on various aspects of the 50 project 👍 -

The function chart included with the model is for both lokpilot and loksound (all the functions are standard) -
Once more at the risk of repetitively laboring the poor point , our models are, while quite technologically advanced, 100% industry standard with PCB and DCC control designed in partnership with ESU, who are probably the market leader in DCC and Electronics in the industry. Every design is tested extensively by us, by ESU and by the factory on a wide range of common controllers for extended periods. There is absolutely no question whatsoever that every model produced by Accurascale is fully compatible with all modern controllers. However, some very old controllers or budget trainset controllers or individual layout wiring and configurations, can always impact the normal running of your locomotive. The number of customers so impacted is infinitesimally Small, and each case is unique, which is why we recommend reaching out to your retailer, or our support team, who can provide the best advice and assistance to, and including repair or replacement of any genuinely faulty models that may be needed. To suggest any kind of compatibility issue on an Acurascale side is frankly misinformation.

As can be noted on the currently delivering models, they sit flush on the roof - these are earlier produced :) -

If you’ve an Alpha Meter in the track circuit it’s something we’ve seen issues with programming and stay alive and performance too. Am sure your retailer can sort a replacement for you or liaise with us. Either way they’re best placed to help. -

It is. Out of interest what would people expect something like a Manor to cost in 7mm? -

We’re thrilled to confirm that the Charity loco has indeed fully sold out in advance. It will be in stock in Q1 next year at which point orders will complete and a few may become available. Do please pop your email in early to go on the waiting list if you wish, a few other SKUs are very close to sold out already at this point too so as always we’d advise not hanging about. Payment isn’t needed to secure your loco. -
If it helps Graham it’s the first time we’ve ever seen an amp failure on an ESU chip and we’ve literally delivered over 30,000 of them to customers by now. Unfortunately we always need the return actually back us before we can sort a replacement or refund but bear in mind when you buy on our website for EU you’re not being ‘stung’ by customs but rather just paying Vat at the point of entry. You don’t pay any vat to us / hmrc but rather you pay it to Correos or DhL there (so you pay exactly the same as a customer in the UK in the end) and we also don’t charge postage to the EU to make up for the hassle. Feel free to PM me if I can help !
