    Batches 2 and 3 remain on schedule and decorated samples of run 2 are also due shortly.

    We send orders in chronological order. so if a shop ordered a long time ago they’ll go out in the same queue. the warehouse team are processing about 500 parcels a day so we should be clear of all direct and trade orders by the end of next week or very early the week after.

    The Manor uses a Next18 interface, the Deltic a 21 pin. So while the chips are both ESU Loksound or LokPilot one will not fit the other. In addition the bespoke chips are configured for the various functions, firebox, start voltages etc of the model. The manor chips are inbound from the ESU factory at the moment and should be on sale early next week. Hope that helps!

    All, we should commence shipment in the morning.

    All DCC ready models have stay alive and sugar cube/ipad style speaker onboard as standard. The full sound spec adds the loksound 5 chip and accurathrash bass speaker. Both are easy ‘plug in’ installs for dcc ready models. Hth.

    As we’ve often stated , we keep warranty cover and spare parts for everything we sell. If you bought direct just use our completely free returns process if through a shop they can sort you with a replacement

    Stock was just synced up which did result in a small number of sales. No further stock will be released for a few more days to ensure any late retail orders have reached their respective shops first. After that there may be some additional stock available (but a quite small number, given demand for these) Hope that helps!

    The acc gets my vote :) We scanned and measured up many 37’s to nail both the screens and their true shape, angles, rake back and sitting so you can clearly see the benefit.

    Best place to ask is your retailer. From our end all orders are now pretty much away so your retailer should have stock or tracking on their lot. Hope that helps.

    very nearly. We’d hopefully tally up and there will be a small stock dropped online monday or tuesday around lunchtime.

    all we can confirm is that it’s coming direct cargo rather than general airfreight due to the volume.
