  4. there is always stock from cancelled or incomplete orders as we don’t restock the counts from such until we have them in stock. We’ll then check behind the sofa too 😃😃
  5. For what it’s worth we’ve already done three runs of our first wagon (the humble HUO) and our stated philosophy is to maintain availability of all of our ranges over the long term.
  6. We will certainly have 2c - https://www.accurascale.com/collections/irm-coaches

    EBay madness

Decorated samples will be on show at Warley :)
  8. We have some more versions and one exclusive to announce in the first batch, and then a second batch which will follow on a few months behind, which will be announced in time ;)
  9. certainly not accidentally :) Unfortunately, the modifications were extensive and it wouldn't prove economical for us to include those variants in this tooling suite. A shame really, but there's niche, and then there's the Burntisland traffic!
  10. Good news everyone! One of the limitations of the reward system was that you couldn't apply your rewards points to items that were already discounted (like wagon bundles). Now you can! We've rebuilt the checkout scripts to apply bundles differently, so you can now apply discount codes and rewards points in the checkout. To see the discount applied, just add two or more items from the Coach, 7mm Wagon and Wagon collections and 10% will be automatically applied, you can then apply points or coupons in addition to.
  11. Our multi-led and colours firebox is not your old firebox flicker that's for sure. It reactively brightens in intensity as the loco is working hard.
  12. On the top left of all collections, there are three buttons also, allowing you to filter the view to what's in stock, what's on preorder and what's sold out.
  13. We actually have a special 'in stock' collection - currently we've 112 SKU's in stock, ready to ship! https://www.accurascale.com/collections/in-stock-now
  14. I understand but I didn’t say a few, rather I said some. Some deltics had some parts off. You can read the reviews on our website to get a feel for the volume that did not and our other loco delivered thus far had no such issues. My point was not to belittle but simply state that as a ‘baby’ four year old business that’s given customers two locos, one of which had some issues we’ve learned from, it’s hopefully a little early to say we have ‘form’ for bits falling off models? Ignoring too the large six figure volume of wagons we’ve already made which for the most part arrived intact too :)
  15. To be fair (and balanced) we’ve made one loco that had some Bits detach that should in hindsight have been user applied. We also delivered our A class with working hubs without a single part detaching. Perhaps a few more locos delivered would be fair before making that assessment:)
  16. Or save £50 and get a nice sound fitted 92 instead.
  17. We have extensive spares. Drop a mail to our warranty team at warranty@ accurascale.co.uk
  18. Drop support a mail and they can check for you - we've shipped out about 300 of them I know, but we're waiting on more at the moment from ESU
