    Was that the Bachmann RRP or a retailers made up price? (I know the LMS Inspection Saloon and GWR Autocoach didn't have a RRP but Hattons had pre-order prices which had no hope of been kept, when announced at the same time. I'm not sure about if the Thompsons had a RRP announced or not.)

    My ticket has arrived. Looking at the ticket site carriage 353 has completely sold out apart from two seats on the 15:10 train on 12th September.

    The latest Heritage Railway magazine states that the Steam On The Underground runs will not happen in July. The Metropolitan Line runs are hoped to run on 12 & 13 September. The District Line runs are likely to be postponed to 2016.

    Preview clip from Slingshot: Reading the Radio Times description of the episode I wouldn't be surprised if it is very loosely based on the original episode series episode 'Sun Probe'. Also another episode, 'Tunnels Of Time', will be shown on Sunday at 5.15PM. The production crew have stated that 'Fireflash' is based on 'Trapped in the Sky'. About 32 and a half minutes in this youtube video

    My membership pack has arrived. The voucher code is on the top right corner of the letter and not on the pop out card (guess who didn't notice and spend 5 minutes on the phone to HCC ). I've tried to use the code to pre-order the terriers online but the website isn't having it (I'll phone again later). Any improvement in the magazine? For me, no. It is the same sort of articles. Will I renew my membership? Only if there is a limited edition model I'm interested in.
