    Carriage maybe 30% full. Sat at a table (reserved seat) with one reserved seat opposite, person comes in and sits directly opposite so that neither of us can now stretch our legs, seat adjacent empty. Puzzled look when I slide across to the next seat to ensure legroom. Never underestimate the stupidity of the travelling public.

    Why do Parcelforce, Royal mail and every other parcel delivery group turn up about 20 mins after the bin men take the recycling away! Looks like a run to the tip!

      For the same reason that you keep something for years, never use it and chuck it in the bin. 15 minutes after they empty it in their truck and drive off, you find a use for it! The Law of M'sieu Sod!

    just dropped Mrs SG in town for a meeting. Mrs SG: 'I'll give you a call when I'm finished, should be a couple of hours.' Me: 'ok, speak to you in a bit.' So, I've just got home and found Mrs SG's mobile on the sofa........should I do as instructed and wait for her to ring me? :-D

    A "while ago" the UK had "Double Summer Time", when the clocks went forward 2 hours instead of the 1 we suffer with these days? We think that the UK should be 1 hour ahead of GMT all the time, and an extra hour "daylight saving time" in the summer months!

    Does anyone sell individual 1/76th bricks? I think it would be a fun idea to either inlay track or build a structure realistically.

    Finally dumped AVG protection today. PC fair zipped along afterwards. Now installed McAfee instead on trial. AVG sucked the life out of the computer as it was always updating and switching off the firewall..
